+I let the dough do its work longer than usual, almost 16 hours. 
+But it was also pretty chilly here, which slowed it down a bit.

+this time I didn't score it (kinda forgot). but the steam trick saved it

+anyway, here comes - one of the best breads yet.

+- Taste: just right!
