Sušení ovoce: hrušky, jablka, švestky, rajčata.
Hrušky jsem dělal mírně proslazené (přejdou varem v cukrové vodě). Ujde to, ale zbytečně sladké.
Jablka obdobně s hřebíčkem a badyánem, jsou super.
