This fixes the following complaint by autoconf 2.69-1, automake 1.13.1-1.

Automake 1:1.11.3-1ubuntu2, autoconf 2.68-1ubuntu2 don't even emit a warning
without, and work just fine with this patch.

Use with caution, the result highly depends on the
accuracy of the clocksource your machine uses.
On some machines it may be quite accurate, on
others completely off.
