I let the dough do its work longer than usual, almost 16 hours. But it was also pretty chilly here, which slowed it down a bit. this time I didn't score it (kinda forgot). but the steam trick saved it anyway, here comes - one of the best breads yet. - Taste: just right! - Height: taller than usual! - Looks: OKAY [Recipe](2019-02-09.html) is the same like in the previous 3 breads (try the new navigation arrows!).
